Five days of home cooked food only- Menu planning

My instructor has assigned us a project to challenge ourselves to cook and eat only homemade meals for five days continuously.

I wasn't too excited or happy when I learned that not only I have to not touch hot pockets but also no to drink market orange juice! No orange juice! My Simple Orange....but I love orange juice....

The first step of this project is to plan the menu ahead for the torturing and super healthy (hopefully) five days! I seriously don't think it is going to be that bad is just that it will be so much more time consuming...I actually have been eating in a lot, probably eating in the most at this point of my life.

I have already done some grocery shopping, here are some pictures.
To replace Hot Pockets by making tortillas wrap with
sausage meatballs, chicken (haven't bought), pizza sauce.
To replace the Greentea GingerAle soda that I have not been documenting
in my blog because I drink a can in a few days. Ya only a few sips at a time. 
To replace market orange juice with home squeeze orange juice
 because I don't think I can survive without drinking it. 
Okay, Menu!
Tentative schedule:

Day 1 --starting on Feb 19 (Friday)
Breakfast: Egg sandwich, Orange juice
Lunch[Campus]: Potato salad
Snack[Cooking class]: Whatever we are going to cook in class
Dinner: Pasta/Rice+Stir fry vegetables (bought mushroom, bell peppers, onions for this)
Supper: Peppermint tea+lemon slice

Day 2 --Feb 20 (Saturday)
Have training from 9am~4pm and work from 4pm to 7pm
Breakfast[Campus]: Fruits smoothie+homemade tortilla meat sauce wrap (Hot pocket's replacement)
Lunch[Campus]: Onigiri and potato salad
Snack [Work]: Banana
Dinner: Pasta left over

Day 3 --Feb 21 (Sunday)
Have a stage performance today at 4pm. I don't usually eat much before performing.
Breakfast: Fruits smoothie+tortilla meat sauce wrap
Lunch: Potato salad+cantaloupe
Dinner: Fried noodle + chicken, Peppermint tea+lemon slice

Day 4 --Feb 22 (Monday)
Breakfast: Orange juice, homemade tortilla wrap
Lunch: Fried noodle left over
Snack[Campus]: Banana/Cantaloupe (bought)
Dinner[Work]: Onigiri+potato salad

Day 5 --Feb 23 (Tuesday)
Breakfast: Fruits smoothie, tortilla wrap
Lunch: Potato salad, Onigiri
Snack: Banana
GRAND DINNER with friends over: My roommate will be making lasagna and I'll be making what I have been wanting to try: Ratatouille!

There might be changes when it comes to that moment. However, I will make sure not to touch the hot pockets or any instant/frozen market food. 
I will clear up everything like that in the fridge before Friday.
