Feb 8 (Mon)
Breakfast [Home]: Egg sandwich +orange juice
Lunch [Campus]: Half thintastic buffalo chicken bagel+ strawberry lemonade
Snack[Classroom]: The other half of the bagel
Snack [Work]: California sushi before work

Dinner [Home]: Chicken noodle soup can

Comment: Pretty surprised that I couldn't finish the whole bagel....Perhaps my stomach shrunk

Feb 9 (Tue)
Breakfast [Home]: Hot pocket+orange juice
Lunch [Home]: Pasta + Hot boiled egg
Dinner[Chinese restaurant--Yen Ching]: Chinese food to celebrate Chinese New Year with friends

Comment: Class got cancelled. Went home to cook pasta for lunch for me and roomie. 

Feb 10 (Wed) - For some reason, this day wasn't recorded properly
Breakfast[Home]: Instant Spanish Rice bag
Snack[Campus]: Banana
Lunch: ?? (Not sure if I ate lunch)
Dinner[Campus]: Catering at China Night event
Supper[Dave&Buster]: Tropical Mojito x 2

Feb 11 (Thurs)
Breakfast [Home]: Hot pocket
Lunch [Out]: Pita Pit buffalo chicken
Snack [Work]: Onigiri+ Fiber one bar
Dinner [Home]: Two pieces of toast with strawberry jam


Feb 12 (Fri)
Breakfast [Home]: Fruits smoothie
 Lunch [Campus-BRC]: Meatloaf+mashed potatoes+egg+something like a hummus pita
Snack [Cooking class]: Tasty crepes

Feb 13 (Sat)
Breakfast[Blue sky bagel bakery]: Cinnamon sugar bagel with honey & butter
Lunch[Japanese restaurant-Sakana]: Katsudon [fried pork with rice]
Dinner[Bogus Basin]:Onigiri with chicken + ranch

Comment: Was up at Bogus Basin snowboarding 


Feb 14 (Sun)-Valentine's day
Breakfast[Home]: Miso soup+egg sandwich
Lunch [Work]: Onigiri wth chicken+ranch
Dinner [Home]: Asam laksa instant noodle (my last one from Malaysia) with hotdog, onion, grenn onion and pot stickers 

Feb 15 (Mon)-President's day-No school
Brunch[Home]: Green tea+chicken garlic flavor rice instant pack
Snack[Home]: Hot pocket+hot dog+vitamin C water
Dinner[Work]: Onigiri+Fiberone bar
Supper[Home]: 2 pieces of toasts with strawberry jam

Feb 16 (Tue)
Breakfast [Home]: Fruits smoothie+egg sandwich
Lunch[Campus-Panda express]: Fried rice + bejing beef
Snack[Campus]: Spicy instant noodle
Dinner [Home]: Winco's ceviche+salad+pineapple orange juice
Comment: Bought the pineapple orange juice for the container...Accidentally recycled my previous one. 

Feb 17 (Wed)
Breakfast [Home]: Hot pocket
Breakfast [Work meeting]: Chocolate chip bagel
Lunch[Home]: Chicken Garlic flavor rice left over
Snack[Campus]: Onigiri
Dinner[Home]: Casserole made by my roomie


Comment: This Casserole is evilly delicious!!!!

Feb 18 (Thurs)
Breakfast [Home]: Hot pocket+pineapple orange juice
Lunch[Campus]: Noodle+natural chicken+red curry
Snack [Work]: Onigiri + Teriyaki beef 
Dinner [Home]: Hot dog+ casserole + peppermint tea with lemon


Comment: Finally finished all the hot dogs! Never buying them again. 

Five day homecook meals only assignment start from Feb 19 (Fri).
