Food Journal III

Jan 30 (Sat)
Morning snack [Home]: Banana
Breakfast [Out]: Potato salad lunch box
Late lunch [Chinese restaurant in McCall]: Black pepper chicken & shrimp
Dinner [Home]: Potato salad and miso soup pack

Comment: Haven't been eating out much lately and felt that the meal at the Chinese restaurant was definitely too oily and unhealthy. 

Jan 31 (Sun)
Breakfast [Campus event catering]: Mint tea+fruits+ banana muffin
Lunch [Campus event catering]: Potato with curry+broccoli+salad+macaroni cheese
Dinner [Home]: Shrimp flavor instant noodle with onions and chikuwa (tube‐shaped fish paste)

Feb 1 (Mon)
Breakfast [Home]: Two pieces of toast + strawberry jam+ orange juice
Lunch [Home]: Hot Pocket
Snack [Campus]: Onigiri (Japanese rice ball!)
Dinner [Home]: Hot dog+fruits smoothie
Grocery shopping at Winco (I know all my items weren't healthy choices):
Comment: Was rushing homework whole morning. No time to cook  and for some reasons, wasn't feeling hungry today. I should post a blog about how to make onigiri soon. 

Feb 2 (Tue)
Breakfast [Walking to work]: Hot Pocket
Snack [Campus]: Fiber one bar
Lunch [Home]: Spicy instant noodle+chicken
Snack [Work]: Onigiri 
Dinner [Home]: Egg sandwich+chicken (stole from roommate's cooking left over)

Feb 3 (Wed)
Brunch [Home]:  Spanish rice instant pack+chicken
Snack [Campus]: Banana
Dinner [Home]: Chinese style fried noodles, pot stickers, tomatoes slices (Had a guest for dinner)
  
Feb 4 (Thurs)
Breakfast [Walking to work]: Hot Pocket
Lunch [Home]: Shrimp flavor instant noodle
Snack [Work]: Banana
Dinner [Home]: Hot dog+orange juice

Feb 5 (Fri)
Morning snack [Home]: Banana
Brunch [Campus]: Mexican meal: Enchiladas+beans+rice
Snack [Cooking class]: Healthy corn/maize soup
Blending the cooked squash
Ready to be served
Supper at 12am [Shari's ]: Lunch Trio menu: Half quiche+salad+coconut pie

Comment: Was leading trip to Bogus Basin. Got done at 11:15pm and went to Shari's to have late dinner with friends.

Feb 6 (Sat)
Morning snack[Home]: Banana
Breakfast[Home]: Fried noodle left over, tomatoes slices
Lunch[Work]:Onigiri
Dinner[Pat's Thai Kitchen]: Tom Yum Woon Sen

Feb 7 (Sun)
Breakfast[Home]: Hot Pocket+orange juice
Snack[Outdoor-XC ski]-Onigiri+Mediterranean sweet snacks(received from friend as Christmas gift)
Lunch[Home]: instant cup ramen, pot stickers, fruits smoothie
Dinner[Home]: Unhealthy stuff: buffalo chicken wings+BBQ chicken pizza+alcohol

Comment: The reason for having instant cup ramen was because I had to rush to library to do homework after whole morning of XC skiing. The reason for that disgustingly unhealthy but delicious dinner was because of Super Bowl and my roommate and I wanted to go unhealthy once in a while.
